    Contingency Plan for Single employee company

      I am the only paid employee in my company (the owner is the other "employee"). He has asked that I develop a contingency plan in the catestophic event something were to happen to me. Why you ask? Well, the business is located in one city, he resides in another and is somewhat "hands off". If something were to happen to me, would he know how to continue the business?

      I need help with framework on developing a plan. Anyone have similar situations and examples they can share? If so, I can privide my email.
