Well it sounds like you know the business. I dont think you need more than one investor for $300-$500K. Have you talked with one about getting and SBA?1 of 1 people found this helpful
Yes, I've looked into SBA Loans and benefits. But for as much as just liquor liscenses are going for here I think it would be better to find an investor than a bank. I would rather give money to a person than an establishment. Sounds kind of corny but after reading all the information I was givin from 3 different banks and time limits. Im better of hoping for an investor. SBA will be a definate option for me though.
Thank you for your reply
I can help you out. We give interest free cash advances for businesses to spend however they choose.
If interested, shoot me and e-mail.
If we act now, you can have the capital in your bank account by October 15, 2008. If your willing to work with me to get the job done, the margin for error will be zero. I give my clients what they need, not what they want. And if I can't provide you with what you need, I'll pass your business to someone else who can in this economy.

I have been in food and beverage for 23 years now and I have lived in Fresno, CA my whole life. After working year after year for everyone else I believe now is the time to open my own Bar. So many Clubs have came and gone here because everyone buys them as a personal playground and watering hole. But for me, this is my life. I have found a few locations that are thriving and business won't be an issue. Like I said I've been here my whole life, most of it Bartending and Bar Managing. If you would like to make a quick investment with a very profitable return; this is the one. My plan would cost approximately 300k-500k start up. I dont want a group of investors maybe 1 or 2. I have most capital but would like working capital and to open the way I would like the business to be. I don't want to have to shut down and remodel, thats just lost money... MEASURE TWICE AND CUT ONCE I WAS ALWAYS TOLD...
