What's important in transportation: Reliability or Disc Fare

    bridgelimo Newbie
What is really important when it comes down to chose a mode of transportation: Is it reliability important or the Discounted fares? I belive customers are looking for the reliability, consistency, comfort and last in the list is the discounted fare. (your comments) As a new member we are offering 5% discounts on our competitive fares, visit us at and mention that you are a member of BOA business community. Please comment what is important to you when it comes down to chosing mode of transportation.

I think there are two tiers of customers . . . customers for whom affordability is not an issue will look for exactly what you described (reliability first) -- but for others, it's a question of "Can we afford this or not?" (so price/discounts may be the primary factor with them).
