Do you have salespeople or are you doing the sellling?
You need to be willing to pound the pavement and the phones talking to purchasing agents at large medical facilities to convince them to give you the order.
Most are already using established vendors they have been doing business with for years.
Ever try to approach a Dr. to get his order? As I sit in my Doctor's waiting room I watch the drug manufacturers reps. try to get 2 minutes with the Doc to give him samples or get an order. It's not easy selling to Dr s.
