    UTOPIAN BOOKKEEPING

    MYOB08 Adventurer

What is the utopian way for a client to set up their office in preparation for the arrival of a bookkeeper?

What could we tell them to do that was both simple & manageable?

I think they would need to have files; To be paid To be entered To be filed Any others?

I think they should use a detailed stamp.

I think they should be instructed to only use only red pens, and initial and date everything

I think they should file everything in date order, once it has been paid and entered in MYOB. At the start of the financial year lever arch files should be set-up with monthly dividers.

I am sure there are detailed instructions on how to do this somewhere.

What do you think? How would you like them to do it?
