Located in new port richey Florida which is north of Tampa,I curently have two with own property but looking to buy 8 more in the near future,I do have an accountant,as fars as income anmd expenses I handle all repairs advertising and leasing with every one I buy I double my money every month from renting as I purchase these at about 25K and rent them out on a monthly basis from any where between 600 and 950 a month depending on # of bedrooms I'm looking for roughly a 15 year term fixed but looking to pay back earlier than that as I have already put alot of personnel cash equity into the propertys I have and more into the others I'm am purchasing I will have three more offers on 3 more propertys by end of day today.Thank you for your time and replys.
