Registering minutes meeting and workmans comp

Anyways' welcome to the community.
I had to have a meeting of minutes I assume its called for my new company my question is do I have to report this info from that meeting to the state of Pennsylvania. I was told I had 70 days to do so. Also I have workman's comp do I have to report that to the state as well. My accountant says I do I'm trying to figure out how to do these things on my own.
OK you are an LLC and you had the first meeting to organize the company. As far as I know you do not have to submit the organizational minutes to anyone. they should be kept as a part of your official record.
When you formed your LLC you should have checked into workers comp, unemployment insurance, EEOC etc.
