    Hiring Foreign Employees

      We are starting our own Web Design company (LLC) in New York. We are 4 members involved and plan to go on production on June of this year.
      We have identified a potential market outside of the US, in which we have decided to hire a key contact person for our business.

      I need counseling in this proccess. I have been researching on various government sites about hiring international employees but have not found any usefull information. Those web sites refer to International employees as employees who will need to come work in the US with a special Visa and that is not what we pretend at the moment.

      We are basically outsourcing staff. It is just one employee but that may increase in the near future.

      How do I pay this person who resides outside of US so that IRS knows that we have employee expenses?
