Have you read the story "They Stole My Idea" in the Stories section? It may give you some thoughts on how to protect yourself and move forward. I hope so. Best wishes. Here's the link:1 of 1 people found this helpful
First, you should get an Inventor's Notebook and record your business ideas. You can find a notebook at:1 of 1 people found this helpful
You should then consider filing a Provisional Application for Patent for your ideas. The current filing fee is $105. You can find a Patent Attorney to file it for you for about $250 if you shop around. Of course, you can file it yourself, but I do not reccomend that.

i have a great biz idea and would like to sell it but am concearned about people that i present the idea to stealing it from me. i dont really want to go through the whole legal etc. of copywriting etc.. i have several other good to decent biz ideas but again dont want them stolen. is there a place for people like me in the biz world. idea makers. do i have to make the biz then demonstrate it working to be able to sell it. i have very little capital and thus very low risk tolerance. i'm taking biz courses right now at local college while working 40hrs a week. i def. want to make more of myself and see hapiness only in being an entrepenuer. suggestions?
