      We are searching for an Executive Director for a Not For Profit Agency,
      reporting to the Governing Board.
      The Executive Director is responsible for
      the overall strategic, operational, and day-to-day management.
      Duties
      include the development and implementation of policy, budget, programs,
      resource development and
      allocation. Strong leadership skills, a proven track
      record in systems advocacy activities;staff development; knowledge of
      the Independent Living movement and associated laws, policies
      and regulations that affect the lives
      and service of the disabled;
      excellent computer and communication skills.
      Required Education:
      Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). Compensation commensurate
      with
      experience and education. Send cover letter, resume and written

      philosophy; and 3 past or present employer references.
