There's a great book out there with plenty more of what you're referring to... "Why Business People Speak Like Idiots"
It's a fun book filled with classic jargon like... "This is just the kind of synergistic, customer-centric, upsell-driven, out-of-the-box, customizable, strategically tactical, best-of-breed thought leadership that will help our clients track to true north. Let's fly this up the flagpole and see where the pushback is."
There's even software you can download to help you weed out the "bull words"!
Amen. I'm beginning to hate ROI, integrated, change agent, and CRM. Right now, they disgust me but I am moving towards loathing at an amazing pace.
I used to work for a company and my boss/company owner/starter who liked to think she knew it all (but seriously had no clues) used to say 'add value' and 'value add' all the time - drove me nuts!

Hi - does anyone else get really annoyed when marketing terms are over used and become cheap? A word I first heard about 8 years ago and really liked was brand 'touch points' but now everyone uses it (often in the wrong context) and now I cant stand the term. Can you think of other exploited terms that have either lost their meaning or are just cliched now?
