What am I getting myself into...

    Walton2834 Newbie
I am in the process of incorporating as an S corp. My business is just me, the only employee and I don't expect that to ever really change. I'm a freelance camera and audio operator that is incorporating to save myself money in taxes. The problem is I can't seem to get a straight answer on more than one question. First, what will be expected of me as a S corp in regards to quarterly reports? Which form is it? What will it consist of? Second, payroll services. Is there a simple, inexpensive solution to payroll that isn't going to kill my bottom line or be a huge problem in the future? Any and all help would be appreciated?
