I have spent weeks on this forum trying to find answers for all the glitches(mine and the banks) and I have never come across the situation of a new folder being added to intralinks. There are plenty of post on all the different threads with phone numbers that members have had success with to in reaching a live person. My suggestion is scan all the threads for anyone that has had the same problem or get a list going of the successful phone numbers and start calling. good luck.

Pls help I opened my business page I was not prompted anything where should I see “ I am ready”
It's been more than a week since I got the email to Select "I'm ready" and updated my business information. I did what was asked and submited. It has been a week and I have not recieved any email or anything about what the next steps are. For those who recieved updates after updating thier business information, please give some details on how long the wait us.
4/15 - Recieved email telling we need attional infomraiton to proceses your Paycheck Protection Program Application
4/16 - Completed Updating my busines information
4/25 - Have not heard a thing yet
I check on Intra links and also saw a new folder: Small Business - CARES 20200417 0002; however with no documents in there. I originally uploaded my documents to the this folder Small Business - CARES 20200405 18 and it still has my uploaded documents in there. Do you need to upload into this new folder?
