MANY people have had the same experience; I have as well.
Me too and I applied April 7. I called the BofA small business line. They tell you in their recording 3 times to hang up if you are calling about PPP. Just keep asking for an associate. I got through! I told the woman what was happening and I needed an update. She took my info and said “a supervisor will call you back within 48 hours”.
Within 5 minutes! I got an email from BofA that I had everything they needed and they would submit my application to the SBA when they were funded again.
Maybe a coincidence? But you should try it!

There will be OUR TURN soon.
We applied for the Payroll Protection Plan loan on 4/8/20 and uploaded all 4 documents as asked.
We also received an email from Intralinks confirming the upload was successful.
Since then we have not received any emails and nothing has changed in the Intralinks website work space or folders...I was told by someone at BOFA that we are supposed to receive a "Promissory Note" to sign and a "Attestation Addendum" to sign and upload - we have not received any of that. Is anyone experiencing the same thing? Not sure what to do....
