Following this thread; I received the same email and also did not see any popup when logging in. Phone support had no information or instructions on what I'm supposed to do.
I did proactively go through all the menus once logged in to see if there's a way to update my "business information". The only thing I could find was my business contact information which apparently did need to be updated/confirmed in terms of receiving mobile alerts on the listed phone number. I don't know if that's what this PPP email is requesting or not, but it's the only thing I could find that supposedly needed attention/updates/confirmation.
Looking forward to a resolution or guidance.
Kelly, I just had the same issue. I just spoke to a contact at BOFA and I sent him the issue and he is escalating the matter, they are aware of it. I will post back as soon as I hear anything and will hopefully have some instructions or a fix to share.
Exact same thing just happened to me! I've been trying to reach my loan agent for two days with no luck. Oddly, I received a notification yesterday from my credit monitoring service saying that the SBA had pulled my credit, which implies that my application has already been submitted to the SBA. I'm hoping someone here will have some information.

I received the same email this morning. Who do we need to speak to in regard to this? I am so sorry I processed this through BOA. My son processed his through Suntrust and it is going through. We get no assistance through BOA and everything is very confusing.
I received an email from BOA about PPP and it says the following but when I logged in nothing came up or popped up or anything to have me update any info.
