    HMRC

On my local radio station, the HMRC (Her Majesty'e Revenue & Customs) have been running an advertisement suggesting that one should be on time with one's Tax Return, and that they (the HMRC) is there to help, and make things easy. "Tax needn't be taxing" is their motto....

Since they are not helpful - as anyone who has dealt with them will verify - and tax is taxing, could they be reported to the (UK) Advertising Standards Commission?
