It doesn't sound like you have a marketing problem if you are busy enough for your current situation. It is definitely time for a business and marketing plan! You want to manage the growth of your company which is a very wise move, but finding the balance between where your business doesn't grow too fast and where it stops growing is very hard. Maybe it is time to make the leap and go full time with your business? This is where your business plan will help you greatly.

Even if you have all the customers you can handle, this may not stay true for the next 6 - 12 months. You need to keep your name out there while managing the jobs you can handle to your standards. What marketing are you doing now? Whatever you are doing now is working. You may look to expand your efforts a little. It is really hard to say without knowing what you are doing now.

What a great problem to have. Seriously.

That's a great problem to have. When you have too much business, there are two ways to benefit.

One: Raise prices. That way the demand goes down to a point you can handle, and you make more profit per job.

Two: Expand to fill the need. For a small business, this becomes :"tricky", because you come to a point where adding an employee isn't profitable because there's not enough business to keep the new employee profitably productive...but there's too much for the current staff to handle. therefore, once you add that new employee, you must increase marketing effort to fill his work schedule as soon as possible.
