Maybe I can add a couple of things here. One can check the inventory for slow or non moving items and get rid of them to buy items that move fast off the shelves. If the sale is on credit, it is a healthy practice to send the invoice immediately and expect faster payment. It also helps if every employee is motivated to improve cash flow and collectively work towards it.
