      There are a lot of regulations in place for short term employees and it’s important for small business owners to consider these when hiring temporary staff. Any seasonal hours should apply to all employees to avoid any discrimination risks. You must also provide workers comp and unemployment to seasonal workers. Taxes should be withheld as usual.
