If one were looking to work in an environment that requires them to handle money, I could understand the need for a decent credit score. However, I’ve noticed non-financial job seekers talk about potential employers pulling a credit report to go along with their resumes. I was curious, so I began scanning a few message boards. I came across another good point, employers may check your credit score to get an idea of your sense of responsibility. Credit history can indicate how well you manage your financial world. While this data can speak volumes, I know there are a lot more facets to a person than just numbers. I’d love to know your thoughts. ~Moderator Mel
