If I were in your position, my first step would be to contact a realtor. They have resources to help narrow your choices based on different options available to suit your needs. Your business accountant and an attorney are the two other points of the triangle to see if you're getting the best deal for your investment. I'm a small business owner and am currently leasing our office space with other firms. I am looking to expand and not sure if I would qualify for a commercial mortgage in the Las Vegas area. Are there any tips or resources I can use that can help me find the right property before moving my business ?
