    Choosing Your Target Customer

      Be mindful of your ideal customer. This person, company or other entity share a common need, namely, your products or services. Your brand should gravitate toward this socioeconomic group. To determine your target customer, isolate the top 10 percent of your customer base and use that group as a forecast model of what keeps your customers happy and doing repeat business with you.
