    Hiring your first employee/s

      If your business has reached a point where friends, family and associates are suggesting you could use some assistance, it's time to think about hiring your first few employees.


      Assessing your needs how often you need that help and what kind of salary you're able to offer are among the first steps. 


      Once you've settled on those factors  you'll need to start the process by obtaining an Employee Identification number and understanding the rules.


      What other qualities would your ideal first employee/s have?  Jack of all trades or someone with a very specialized skill set?  What incentives do you feel you and your company can offer your ideal candidate?
