Under Texas cottage industry law , one can sell bakery products but I understand it can't be sold online or with the help of websites. I am assuming that only bakery items are allowed because it can last longer without getting stale or rotten. Now , USA have people from many countries and so many different cuisines with many items with similar items like bakery products which can last longer without getting rotten. Can those be sold ?
Secondly , I have seen kids selling cookies by going door to door but read somewhere that home cooked foods can't be delivered or sold online. Is that true or I misunderstood.
