my corporation is registered in CA . Though, my spouse helps me in getting supplies, she is not an employee or officer of this corporation.
Is it possible to get business card in her name? Does getting credit card issued in her name changes/shifts liability in any way? Please note we are planning to pay this balance in full every month.
I recommend checking with your accountant. I'm not sure how it would work to get a business credit card for someone who is not an employee or officer of the business.
