Rebecca, thanks so much. I was really looking to see if others have had similar issues. When I called technical support everything is working okay in BofA systems. It is the way QuickBooks brought in the information. So, I was curious as to whether others had had similar issues and how they handled.

Today I signed up for direct connect with BofA and purchased QB for Mac 2015. it brought in both of my accounts, but account names & associated transactions are swapped.
I have an investment account and checking account. The transactions for the checking account are showing up when I select the "investment account" and vice versa.
The account numbers and names are correct, but transactions belong to the alternate account. Curious as to whether anyone else has experienced this and what you have done to correct it.
