Welcome Janace. Tell us more.
The more you share, the better our answers to you.
How long have you operated this management company??
Did you have a business plan when starting out??
A Business Plan might be the first step to expanding and seeking out of state investors.
Thank you so much for your reply. My Partner and I had established our property management company in 2006. Our specific clients have come from the Greater Los Angeles Area. On the other hand, I have a few clients that are out of state landlords. I have especially enjoyed managing their properties.
We have a staff of about 10, which is made up of both account managers & property supervisors. We have a Grade A rating with BBB. We are members of the Apartment Association Of The Greater Los Angeles and Apartment Owner's Association.
Now, I would very much love to make contact with out state income property investors. If someone can give me some hints as to how to go about this I would greatly appreciate any knowledge you would be willing to share.
Welcome back, Janace!
Thank you for telling us a little more about your company. What is your marketing strategy for out of state landlords? Have you advertised in newspapers out of state?
I own and operate a full service property management company located in the City of Pasadena. I am seeking to expand our services to out of state investors. Now, my problem, I have no idea as to how to seek out and approach such investors. Can anyone out there help!!!
