My wife and a partner own a commercial cleaning company together, 50/50. It is set up an an s-corp.
We would like to take take my wife off of the company and place me in that role instead as a 50/50
partner legally. All parties involved are in agreement. What do I (we) need to do to make that happen?
Thank you in advance for any help you can give me!
I would first inquire with your accountant about the specifics. They will be able to guide you further. If needed for the actual formality, a business attorney might also be advisable.
