These are all very good point. I believe you left out customer service. Many sites include this service and those that don't should. I would rather shop online from a company that has a live customer service experience to ensure that if there is a question or problem my issue could be resolved immediately.
I would also add Conversion Rate - How many visitors end up buying from your website. Also, how about average order per customer.
