Steve has provided good suggestions for finding top talent. What is even more important is retaining them once they are hired. This is where many companies run into problems. Some of the ways you can do this is by offering them equity ownership, providing challenging assignments and opportunity for growth and creating a fun place that nobody wants to leave.
