Summer time is here, that means vacation time. How are you handling that issue in your business?
With vacation time right around the corner, how do you as a business owner deal with your employees vacation requests?
In a big business several employees going on vacation at the same time might not make much of an impact, but in a small business 2 or 3 employees trying to go on vacation at the same time might not work out at all.
So how do you handle it?
