    What equipment would I need to start?

      I know that I need to start with a business plan, but to do this I need to know all the equipment necessary to start a commercial bakery, so that I can put the figures into my plan. I plan on having my bakery serving cakes, pies, pastries, cupcakes, donuts, cookies, and coffees in the Denver, Colorado area once I move there. I do not have a business name until I get the licensing and permits, but I did put the one that I like in my profile. Please help with the information. Thank you in advance.
