Work Smarter, Not Harder - EXCELLENT Advice

    Moderator Cath Guide

In one of the most recent articles from SBOC, Susan Caminiti's article: Running on Empty: How to avoid burnout when operating a small business focuses an a subject that most of us probably continually live with: burnout.  She tells us that there are "no fewer than 50 signs and symptoms of stress that signal someone could be at risk for ruining their health - and potentially, their company."  I'm sure this is NOT reassuring to you, especially if you are going through a rough time balancing work and away times.

She goes on to share some time-tested tips to help de-stress.  BUT we must be willing to implement them into our lives, not just read about them.  Perhaps you can only put one or two into action right now, but please for the sake of your health and business, begin today.

After reading this article, do you have any other tips you would be willing to share on how you de-stress?

Give yourself the gift of a calmer, healthier person and business owner, starting today.
