      Never ask prospects about their budget. They'll get flustered and defensive,
      and they probably don't know what they should spend.

      The truth is, for many services, you *need* to qualify prospects as early as possible.
      From the prospect side, when you can toss out a budget number - even a lowball estimate -
      you have a better chance of getting maximum return on your investment.
