Very often interns can add a fresh breath to your business but it just doesn't automatically happen.
He goes on to offer some excellent tips for the care and nurturing of your intern. The opportunity to mentor an eager young person should ring true for you. And the opportunity to have a hands-on learning experience is valuable for that intern. This should be a win-win opportunity for both you, your business, and the intern.
