Congratulations on your business and welcome to our forum!
My suggestion to you is ask your accountant for guidance. When we needed financial help our accountant helped with ideas and paperwork. There are many options depending on which state you are in and what your circumstances are. Good luck!
I have done significant research in this area and can help you.
I am newly business owner too. I am looking for some ideas in how to get a loan for it.
I may be able to help. I work directly with investors and lending partners who specialize in this area. There are several options which may be available to you. Contact me via this email: email@example.com.
Small Business Development Centers are present in all 50 states. As Business Advisor for the New Mexico Sandoval County Small Business Development Center in Rio Rancho, I provided FREE consulting to establish an LLC for a cleaning business. We developed a business plan with a two page executive summary, pro forma and a start up list to present to lenders. After discussing lenders, lending options, SBA programs, crowd funding and micro lender possibilities and assets and credit my client made a choice, applied and obtained a small amount to establish the business.E-mail me for information on an SBDC nearest you or visit the SBA website and click the SBDC locations link. Best of fortune as you proceed to fund your business expansion. firstname.lastname@example.org
I started my carpet cleaning buisness in May of 2012. We grew very fast very quickly and now find myself scratching my head. We have been able to secure a few large commercial cleaning contracts. I went out and leased equipment with my personal credit to service these accounts. I have been making equipment payments for the last 6 months. I am now looking to refinance the equipment and put it all under the corporation.
The problem I am having is because I have less than 1 year in buisness, my current bank will not even consider me for a loan. Where do I look for refinancing assistance? My goal is refinance the equipment and create working capital within the company so I can continue to grow.
Any help is appreciated.
