    Quality or Customer Service?


      If you could only have one of the two, which would you value more as a customer?


      I can't tell you how many times I have been to a restaurant or purchased a product from a "reputable" company and had the unpleasant experience of only getting one of the two choices. Ideally, we all seek both when it comes to the decision of how we would like to spend our hard earned money. But there are times when you discover for what ever reason that it is not the case. Which of the two would keep you as a customer (at least for the time being, until you find the ideal situation)?
