Hello I recently started an LLC to put a couple of rental properties on and I have questions on how to use it best. Particularly with regards to taxes. I've heard things like writing off new property hunting and computer paper and such which makes sense, but what about renting storage space in my garage to the LLC for storage of tools that the LLC owns? My tax guy gets pretty liberal with write offs and Id rather not end up in trouble my first year. Any advice would be great, thanks!
