In the news the other day they shared that some big time business owners sent notices to their employees, letting them know that, depending on the outcome of the election they may have to either lay off workers or cut back on hours drastically do to the Healthcare System either being repealed or not. How do you feel about this, as the Boss of your company are you worried about how much more you will have to pay for the health of your employees and how will you make up for this expenditure if it stay's in affect? As an employee are you worried that your hours will be cut or that your health insurance goes up, have you made any plans for the 'just in case'? For those just thinking about starting a business, will that effect your decisions on how many people to hire, if any at all?
