hi every one I am starting a new nurse staffing agency in Glendale CA, I have just started everything ready but no contracts, hospitals are all "happy with their current agencies" , any suggestions on how to get them to sign contracts,I am offering a good price , I am making cold calls everyday, visited a few of them but any of these methods don't work any ideas ???
Hi Arvin M,
Congratulations on starting a new business. Have you thought about Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities? You may be able to get something started that way. On your visits to the hospitals, are you leaving brochures or anything for them to review at a later date? I'm thinking that your company may have to be established and reputable before the hospitals will give you a chance.
