We own an LLC in South Carolina and would like to start up a subsidiary. Does anyone know if we, as an LLC, can file for an entirely different DBA? Would we have the same protections afforded our LLC with this new DBA or are we better off just forming a second LLC? Also, does anyone know the tax implications for owning two LLC's?
I appreciate any feedback. Thanks, in advance.
