    Hiring Employee's

      When running a business it is important to have employees who will promote your business. Employees who fit in. When hiring employees, you, as the owner/boss, have an idea of the type of employee that you want and/or need in the position. I realize that, depending on the position, you may be looking for someone with a College Degree versus a High School graduate with no further education other than life itself.


      I'm wondering though, what motivates you to hire a person?  Is it their appearance?  Is it their attitude?  I mean, face it, we can all answer questions. With a little research we can find out about your business & the position that you are hiring for. So what is it that helps you to decide if you want to hire a particular person over another?
