    LUCKIEST Guide

Would you let your fellow employees decide the amount of your bonus??

Per today's Wall Street Journal, Marketplace, some bosses are taking the decision making power of bonuses

out of the executive suits and asking employees to help identify talent.

How does that sound to you??

Well this made me head over to read the full article: My Colleague, My Paymaster by Rachel Emma Silverman in the Wall Street Journal.  Thanks to Luckiest for nudging me towards the article.  So often a company's workforce is more informed about who is REALLY doing the job and Ms. Silverman suggests that, since this is true, the workforce should have some input on who gets the bonuses.

Read the article, in full, and then come back and let us read your thoughts about it.
