    How far should employers go on background checks?

      In these days of Social Media, do you think it's appropriate for employers background checks to include personal Facebook and Twitter accounts?

       

      With the increased popularity of Social Media and people feeling the need to let the world know what they are doing throughout the day via Twitter and Facebook status updates, google searches of potential employees are a gold mine and a land mine of information.

       

      Please share your thoughts as potential employees and employers.
