I'm looking to start a small business in staffing. I want to provide temporary workers to different companies... do I have to pay unemployment Taxes? Provide workers comp? or should I do a 1099 contract versus the w-2. I'm looking for advice, please educate me on this.
I also found a company that can fund my payroll, do the payroll taxes and hopefully my billing. Anyone has experience with tempworks.com..any feedback? Thanks so much!
