Do you have an accountant?? a lawyer??

Hospitals are tough...They are huge companies who handle things at the corporate level...When you make a deal with one group, you are staffing the entire company. Are you staffed well enough to fill their ranks? Also do you have enough branches to supply every hospital in the chain? I did some work with CHS and they are a beast to work with because they are so large...Its kind of like opening a package delivery store and wanting to deliver for Amazon...HUGE task.
if you are going after the giants...You need to start with the corporate office...They will direct you to whom you should solicit your services...Be prepared to cut your prices to get your foot in the door...In their minds they will think they are currently ok, why change to you...Unless you give them a solid reason to...
