Very helpful article! I'm interested in the up-selling part. With advertisements & promotions everywhere now, customers are somehow becoming more and more impatient. More offten they just say (out of thier mouths or down in their hearts) "NO" before you state your offers. So I guess the way to do up-selling has actually become an art. Do you have any more idea to share about this?
