If you have a valid USA address then go visit your bank your already here!
They dont do it online due to fraudulent masses in other countries trying to get them.
all of the documentation you have can easily be obtained online with no id required.
They want to see your USA drivers liscence in person
You need to provide documentation in person. It is impossible to do it from overseas.
All banks will need to see the tax number, DL, SSN and any other docs. pertaining to your business.
You MUST have a Social Security Number
At a minimum, you must provide proof of your age, address, and legal status..
Before you open a bank account, determine what kind of account you want, and where you want to bank.
With a checking account, if your balance dips below a certain amount, you will be charged a fee.
I have registered a C-corp while I was in US, but I have to moved to another country before I was able to open a business checking account. I thought being C-corp where any non-resident US can form a company and I presumed I can open bank account too without being in US later. Now I have sopke to TD bank they said I have to be present in Bank to open a business checking account. I have emailed BOA and never got reply.
Does any one know if I can open a business checking account with any bank online - without being present in Bank in US? I have all necessary document related to the c-corp including EIN, TIN and a valid US address etc.
Thanks in advance.
