Some article said mobile Ads are six times as effective as standard banners. I noticed about 5% of the visitors to our site are using mobile devices. However I haven’t tried mobile ads.
Have you tried mobile Ads? How about the results? What kind of company do you think should use mobile ads?
I believe mobile ads do work, but not for the reason you might think. A lot of smart phones have touchscreens these days and a mobile ad can take up a small part of that screen. Now while I myself have a decent sized screen (The Droid X) I also have large fingers so I often can accidentally tap on an ad instead of a link I am trying to get to.
So a real question may be instead if do they work, how many people are actually trying to go to them?
