I have a great dessert that we have sold at art fairs with great success. We want to market it in a big way. Some say it is better than ice cream; and it can be sold frozen just like ice cream. The varieties of this dessert are pretty much unlimited. I'm afraid if I market this to a large company than they will steal the idea. What are your thoughts?
My thoughts, Anytime somebody goes into a new business with a new idea, they have to protect themselves.
My suggestion is to contact a lawyer.
